Episode 020 - Love

Today’s podcast is about love. Just in time for Valentine’s Day. Happy Valentine’s Day to all of you. We’ll be talking about ways to improve your love life. So stick around, you don’t want to miss this!

Top Ten Ways to Enhance Your Love Making Ability

From the book of Nutrition Made Simple by Robert Crayhon, MS I go over a list of the top ten ways to heat up the bedroom. Some nutritional deficiencies can be behind some issues that may be causing infertility, low libido and more.

I also discuss essential oils for love and relaxation from the book Essential Oils Apothecary. There’s a whole chapter devoted to the subject. Low libido is a problem and there are specific oils and recipes in the book that will help with keep the love fires burning.

Boron

I didn’t know how important Boron was for the male reproductive system, but today I uncover it’s importance for men. Boron is good for women for bone strength, to avoid osteoporosis and osteopenia.

Amino Acids

L-Arginine was mentioned in some of the discussion of today’s subject of the reproductive system and love making and it’s one I hadn’t discussed and I wanted to provide a little more information so I go into more detail.

In the Studio

I apologize for the late release of today’s episode but I’ve been in busy in my studio painting every day as the winter storms blow outside. One of my most recent paintings is one I enjoyed and think you will too.

I wish you all a very Happy Valentine’s Day! My sweetie found a white chocolate valentine since I cannot tolerate regular chocolate. I feel magical…you?

I just got the first seeds for spring started indoors. Two types of onions, celery, broccoli, brussel sprouts and artichoke seeds were planted in flats today. Let’s just hope the kittens leave well enough alone!

Faith and Hope

Living for over six decades with these chronic issues that doctors seemed to know little or nothing about often left me feeling defeated and with little hope. I found my courage and my strength through my faith. I found these daily devotionals by Sara such encouraging words that I hope reach out to you too, wherever you are and whatever you’re going through.
