I hope today finds you calm and relaxed. No? Well I’ve got some tips that might help you do just that. Can’t sleep? This may give you that calm you need to get some shut eye.
First, one of the videos I made last year in my garden. I use them to make various natural health products especially salves, creams, soaps, etc. I also enjoy Chamomile tea which is very relaxing and has a sweet, inviting taste.
Dr. Jim’s information on chamomile and it’s health benefits. I’ve got a recipe for some lotion I want to make this fall. I need to order some more flowers, mine are still getting established and didn’t produce enough. Want to grow some but not sure how? Here’s a link to get you started growing chamomile in your garden. Mine are Roman Chamomile that I purchased some plugs from my local nursery. (Roman chamomile replicates via roots and German via seeds). Watch the chamomile tea linked video (above) to learn more about the differences between Roman and German varieties.
I’ve got to go turn off the tea kettle and let my tea steep for awhile. I hope you are finding time to just sit, have some tea and enjoy the moment.
