I’ve added a new medium to my art adventures. Dip pen and ink which is something I’ve been wanting to try with watercolor. Often referred to as “line and wash” or “pen and wash” I’ve jumped in with both feet.
I explore a concept in art known as “neurographic art” and get reaquainted with dip pens as I relieve some stress. I’m glad the procedure is over and my new pacemaker has been implanted and I’m good for another 10 years and/or 100,000 miles. I’m on the mend as I work on this video and prepare it for release. I figure it’s good to get this taken care of before spring and the garden calls me to tend to it.
There will be plenty of weeds out there this year. Last spring two litters of kittens were born within about a week of each other and kept me busy making videos. You can see them on my YouTube channel.
The Lone Zebra, audio only podcast will be wrapping up next week. I had fun doing it but I’m having even more fun doing the art videos every other week. The video editing takes much longer and I can do fewer and be better and enjoy the process.
I hope you are enjoying beautiful spring weather wherever you are and be creative!
Happy Easter!
