My healing started not long after birth. Sadly, in our world today, our decline starts immediately after we enter this world. The establishment has been against us from our first breath. Why else would they inject newborns with their "cocktails" of false health? Face it, our world is toxic.
So toxic in fact, there are 100 different diseases for virtually the same thing, chronic inflammation. Divide us into different "diagnosis boxes" and we won't be able to compare notes and it offers a different pill for each disease. Do I hear the cash registers cha-ching at the medical establishments? Big business, don't you know? Well, it's time to put a stop to that...and heal.
God gave us everything we need to heal. All the plants and animals for our food and healing. Sunlight, fresh air and the peace of mind when God is in our lives. He makes it easy for us to know which foods to eat to support our bodies. The shapes and colors of foods are a hint...watch this short video and you'll never look at food the same way again.
Start a Garden
If you haven't already started a garden, then this year is a great year to plant one. The benefits, both mental and physical, are like no other therapy for healing, both mind and body. Personally, I feel so much energy and get such a huge reward from my garden, I can't imagine living without one. The Mental and Physical Health Benefits of Gardening are so numerous. The sun, the exercise and working with the soil and grounding your body is healing. If you aren’t familiar with grounding then check out my post on the subject.
Keep a Journal
My blog will be a journal of my journey towards healing and provide the resources I need when writing my book. I encourage you to keep a journal or two, as well. I keep a pen and paper journal that records my thoughts, new foods, exercises or ideas I encounter. I don't always write in it every day but it's there for me to jot things down and reflect back. My blog, I hope, will be more entertaining, educational and/or uplifting.
I'm sharing the things I do, what works for me (or not). I am not prescribing, suggesting or implying that anything I do is good for anyone else. We are all unique, biochemically, genetically and spiritually different. What works for me may or may not work for you. We each have to find our own level of ease and not "dis-ease".
I do encourage you to join me as we venture through these muddy waters of nitty gritty health and find our way. I don't know if anyone is listening, but I know I don't feel so all alone. Chronic illness has a way of isolating a person and I'm ready to step out in faith that there are others out there too. You are not alone.

Thank you for this post, Diane. You have brought together a potent mix of remedies for the darker days we all have. Yes indeed, try them!
Counting our blessings is another I find helpful.
And, as many have observed, our passage through the inevitable valleys can be of help and blessing for others as well as us when we are better enabled to empathise with their troubles...
