Why Isn't EVERYONE Eating Microgreens?
My recent research into microgreens and the nutrition in these little plants uncovered the exciting discovery about sulforaphane in broccoli and it’s amazing benefits. Then my research into radishes and their version of a sulfate is reputed to be more beneficial in the radish than it is in the broccoli (see my last post on Radish). I must resemble a cat, because learning these tidbits drove my curiosity to learn more.
I have been following a guy, Elliot on his YouTube channel, EONutrition for awhile and imagine my surprise when I came across his new video recently. I must say, the title really grabbed my attention. I had been researching sulfate and how it plays a part in nutrition and the mention of structured water. I already familiar with the term “structured water” when I did some research several years ago on the cardiovascular system.
My introduction to “structured water” started after we had purchased a steam water distillation unit to filter our well water. We have very hard water. We saw what the water deposits did to coffee pots, irons and teapots and decided we didn’t want that depositing in our bodies. The calcium in the well water wasn’t the calcium our bodies could use. Actually it could cause more harm than good.
Well, when we made ice the old fashioned way, with ice cube trays, we got this….wild water that seemed to be charged with energy. This was not a one time thing, oh no, it happened every time we made a tray of ice cubes. There definitely was something different about this water.
About this time I also discovered Thomas Cowan, MD talking about this subject and the cardiovascular system. I found the idea intriguing and speculated on Dr. Cowan’s talk, The Heart May Not Be a Pump, which has thrown conventional medicine on it’s proverbial ear. He thinks “outside the box” and for that he is criticized, had his license suspended and ultimately closed his medical practice, as of June 30, 2020.
I have an electrical issue with my heart and was advised by my integrative cardiologist to adapt several lifestyle changes, one of which was using the infrared sauna. He commented that the doctors in Japan routinely “prescribe” infrared saunas for all their heart patients. Studies have shown that the infrared light of the sauna increased what is known as the Heart Rate Variability (HRV). Of course I researched and learned HRV is how the heart adapts to stress. When something scares you and makes you jump and your heart starts beating faster under the stress, how fast does your heart rate return to normal? That’s Heart Rate Variability in a nutshell.
Why would an infrared sauna help my heart? That was the question I asked when I first learned of Dr. Gerald Pollack. I was intrigued when he talked about Water, Cells and Life at a TedX presentation which just wet my appetite for more. I also watched his talk on the fourth phase of water. Did you know the water in plant cells is EZ water? Dr. Pollack mentions green juicing. But this would be true for microgreens as well since they are full of water at this immature stage, so you are getting lots of EZ water when eating them.
Since my heart problems stem from an electrical issue the idea of EZ Water and exclusion zones that dealt with the polarity of the blood and it’s affect, intrigued me. So I went further down the proverbial rabbit hole. I got my answers and a whole lot more and I was satisfied. Then this Covid 19 came up and so did the subject of EZ water and Dr. Cowan.
When Covid 19 first became national news in Mid March 2020 I was concerned, like every American and people all over the world, after all I was considered “high risk”. I wanted to understand things and assimilate the information and figure out how to protect myself. I started wondering about the correlation between the onset of the virus and the roll out of this new generation of WIFI communication.
There hasn’t been any sufficient studies on this technology to know if there is any risk. Research that I found on the subject was next to nothing. Effects of Electromagnetic Fields on Organs and Tissues was copyrighted in 1993. That science is 27 years old, when cell phones first came out and they were so big you couldn’t put it in your pocket.
Technology has changed considerably with different wavelengths and radiation considerations. We, [the people] haven’t been given the science and data that would protect us from harm. As a matter of fact we were quarantined in our homes for weeks. Do you wonder what was going on while we were in “lock down”?
Apparently I wasn’t the only one wondering. Dr. Cowan had his thoughts on the matter and shared it during a talk at The Health and Human Rights Summit.
“Viruses are simply excretions of a toxic cell. Viruses are pieces of DNA or RNA with a few other proteins. They butt out from the cell. They happen when the cell is poisoned. They aren’t the cause of anything.”
Thomas Cowan, MD – The Health and Human Rights Summit
I find it interesting to also learn that the censorship we’ve been seeing if a doctor speaks out of the “norm” or worse, strange suicides. They have extended this censorship with regards to his talk with a counter video to disprove him. Hmmmm….
Well, back to how this all relates to microgreens. I know you’re probably wondering where I’m going with this. So when I researched the sulfate in the form found in broccoli sprouts and radishes and other members of the brassica family of microgreens, I found the video below. Talk about deja vu. Holy guacamole, what have I discovered?
This video is rather complex, the topic gets into biophysics and some biochemistry, so put on your thinking cap. He mentions one of the sources for sulfate in the video at the 6:26 minute mark where he lists sulforaphane and other volatile organosulfur compounds.
Elliot references the work of MIT scientist, Stephanie Seneff, PhD, The Mineral Power for Your Body’s Electrical Supply.
So then the plot thickens. Or maybe I should say the blood thickens. These next two articles come across my “radar” in the matter of a couple of days. One article is a thrombosis expert talking about the “sticky blood” of Covid patients.
The second article I ran across two days ago, Covid-19 Blood Clotting Cause Identified in Study Led by Yale Cancer Center Researchers. Now I’m really wondering about the possible connection. What do you think?
*If you suffer from electromagnetic field sensitivities then I encourage you to read Elliot’s article on EMF sensitivities and thiamine. It might be just what the “doctor” ordered.
