Hello! I am a podcaster, photographer, gardener, cook and watercolorist living in Michigan. When I am not in the garden I can be found in the kitchen or enjoying my watercolors in my studio.
I’ve started a podcast, The Lone Zebra where I share my stories, tips, tricks and faith as I’ve been living as a zebra and navigating the medical establishment. As a zebra with MCAS, EDS, and POTS I’ve been dying to tell you my story (quite literally) and hope you hang around to learn more…it’s free!
The Lone Zebra is all about natural healing from the ground up. You can expect a 30 minute episode each week with lots of information and understanding. I’ll invite occasional guests to share new information and research that might make life a little easier.
Why subscribe?
Subscribe to get full access to the newsletter and website. Never miss an episode. I’ll be sharing my research, digging deeper and inviting occasional guests to share new information or their story.
Starting October 1, 2023, The Lone Zebra podcast will launch and I will be bringing you the latest episodes available to listen to on your mobile device. Each episode will be approximately 30 minutes long and have show notes with links to things talked about on the podcast and a link to access a full transcript as well.
Other extras I include from time to time but aren’t limited to: relaxing inspirational videos I made last year in my garden along with my animal friends, photographs from my garden scrapbook, (perfect for screensavers) and occasional updates from my studio (photos of my latest watercolor paintings and/or other craft projects). You never know what I’m up to. Subscribe so you can be a part of my fun!
I want to thank you for your continued support, it means the world to me to know you’re enjoying being here with me and sharing together.
